Return and Refund Policy

At GG's VIP Boutique, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please note the following guidelines:

Notification: Email us at support@ggsvipboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to notify us of any issues or if you wish to return an item.

Return Approval: Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving approval from support@ggsvipboutique.com.

Store Credit or Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds. Returns are eligible for store credit or exchanges only.

Condition: All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Items showing evidence of wear, washing, or missing labels.
  • Items purchased with a store credit.
  • Accessories.
  • Bathing suits.
  • Intimates, such as jewelry.
  • Bodysuits.
  • Sale or discounted items.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are final and are not eligible for return or refund.
